Avalon does  not accept any responsibility for actions, effects or any admittance for anything due to purchasing from this website.

Delivery

We will endeavour to deliver within 2-3 working days from receipt of your order. If an item is temporarily out of stock and dispatch is anticipated to be greater than 3 days, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone to arrange a new delivery date. If this is not satisfactory to you, we will offer you a full refund.

We accept on-line payment with all the major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Solo and Switch. We also accept all credit and debit cards carrying the MasterCard or Visa logos.

Returns policy

We will replace any goods proven to be faulty. You should ensure that items are properly packaged and insured against loss and further damage before returning them to us. We require samples of faulty products and labels for any faults to be considered. We cannot accept any responsibility for returned items which are lost in transit.
